Dan Walker holds dual B.S. Degrees from Utah State University in Finance and Economics. As well, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), retired status. Dan has an extensive investment background in securities trading, treasury accounting, portfolio management, and real estate investment. Dan brings experience in both buying and selling homes as well as managing hundreds of investment properties in Utah. Dan is active in his passions as well including playing and coaching ice hockey, hot rods, and the fine arts.

Angii Hansen is an experienced Real Estate Rental Investor, Property Manager, and Realtor®. She specializes in ensuring processes are smooth and efficient for Property Owners, Residents, and PMI Made Simple’s Team.  With first-hand experience as a rental investor and extensive experience in Project and Operations management, she’s able to organize and streamline the complexities of managing properties into a simplified system. 

Owners appreciate her experience and ability to gently and professionally walk them through any complexities that may arise and professionally guide the team who manages their properties. 

Angii enjoys having a terrific relationship with our property owners. She oversees the management of their properties and works with them one-on-one to help identify increasing their earnings, expediting the leasing process, and simplifying maintenance challenges.
